The courseYoga 200 Hour Teacher Training course takes one through the history of the discipline as well as offers a firm foundation. Covering the basics in-depth, we enable our students to become teachers and take the learnings of the yoga to the world. From perfection of asanas - their modifications, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy - names, location and functions of various muscles for teacher training - the course is perfectly in sync with the standards of Yoga Alliance, USA. Meditation and pranayama are other integral aspects of the course that are expounded upon in detail by teachers. Authentic yoga teachings as well as modern thought are seamlessly integrated to offer one a holistic learning experience. Our teachers also focus on teacher training for students, including extensive practice sessions where detailed feedback is offered.

How to reach
Dharamsala is connected to most parts of India either through a well maintained network of roads or trains. The ideal way to reach Dharamsala is from the capital city, Delhi. You can either take a flight till Kangra and then a taxi to Dharamsala or a direct Volvo to the city. The bus journey takes close to 11 hours and is extremely comfortable as it is a night journey and you can comfortably sleep.
